You may return your item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Personalized items cannot be returned.
✅ Return Option
We offer the following return options for eligible items:
- Refund to original payment method — Returned within the eligible return window.
- Exchange for another item — Swap for a different style, size, or product of equal or lesser value.

Store Credit Bonus — Choose store credit and receive 110% of the item value to spend in our store.
Example: Return an item valued at $100 → Receive $110 store credit.

Afterpay Orders:
Returns accepted by post. Please email us at sales@ariuna.com.au to confirm the return address. -
Apple Pay & PayPal Orders:
We offer store credit or a product exchange for change-of-mind returns.
Unfortunately, refunds are not available for these payment methods.
🚚 Return Shipping

If you’re returning an item due to change of mind, return postage is your responsibility.

If the item is faulty or not as described, we will cover the cost of return postage.

You have rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as advertised, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund at no extra cost.
